Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join the Ambulatory Float Team. You will provide patient care and clinical support across multiple ambulatory clinics, contributing to a high standard of service across UCLA Health's network.

As a Per Diem employee, you will travel to sites throughout Southern California, with emphasis in the Northeast Valley/LA region, supporting varied schedules and a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license with IV therapy and blood withdrawal
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross
• Experience performing phlebotomy and injections within scope of practice
• Ability to take vital signs and administer medications
• Interpersonal skills to coordinate with physicians and staff
• Knowledge of instruments and supplies for exams and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and clinical support across ambulatory clinics
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support clinic operations
• Travel to UCLA Health ambulatory sites across Southern California
• Cover multiple practices based on staffing needs
• Support continuous opportunities to expand clinical skills
