Qualifications

• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical support within the LPN scope of practice.
• Conduct patient intake, document vital signs and health histories.
• Triage patient concerns and escalate clinically to providers as needed.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per protocols.
• Maintain complete and confidential clinical documentation in the EMR.
