Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital invites applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our ambulatory care setting. The role provides direct nursing support under RN and provider supervision, including assessments, administration of medications, patient education, and care coordination.

Current MA LPN licensure and BLS certification are required. A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a physician office or ambulatory care setting is preferred, with strong documentation and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a physician office, ambulatory care, outpatient, or comparable clinical setting.
• Experience with patient assessments, vital signs, and triage.
• Demonstrated ability to document accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
