Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited school required.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical pharmacy experience; 2+ years in ambulatory infusion or related setting.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in health system or infusion center.
