Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from initial hire date
• Advanced degree in Nursing preferred (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP)
• Current Washington State RN license or MLS
• Current BLS/ACLS Certification
• One year of acute care experience
• One year of home infusion experience
• Previous IV therapy experience

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
