Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
• Current BLS/ACLS Certification
• One (1) year of acute care experience
• One (1) year of home infusion experience
• Previous IV therapy experience

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff and health care team
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diversity of patients
