Qualifications

• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• ASN degree; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone triage, symptom management, and patient education.
• Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-up for ambulatory patients.
• Process medication refills and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion therapies.
