Cleveland Clinic Twinsburg Family Health and Surgery Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting. You will assess health status, perform nursing assessments, provide telephone triage and develop care plans.

Responsibilities include administering medications, initiating CPR, and notifying physicians of abnormal findings. The role may involve travel within the region to support clinics and procedures and requires BLS certification and an RN

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• One year of recent experience as an RN or LPN, or other clinical healthcare experience in ambulatory Cleveland Clinic setting.
• Cancer-specific certification or ongoing qualifying education.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
• Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage and establish care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures.
• Notify the physician and/or LIP of abnormal findings.
• Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and patient care equipment.
• Develop, evaluate and document health education for patients and families.
• Cover other nursing roles within the department.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures.
