Qualifikationen

• RN license in California (active)
• Experience in home health, infusion nursing, or admin within home health
• Supervisory, case management, marketing, and admin experience preferred
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate patient care, document accurately
• Maintains relevant certifications and pursues additional ones as needed

Aufgaben

• Ensures coverage for PCS functions as directed by DPCS and PCS Manager
• Participates in staff selection and retention
• Conducts onboarding and ongoing orientation per policies
• Supervises Case Management Team and conducts regular meetings
• Oversees patient care in AICs and homes and coordinates after-hours nursing coverage
• Supports ACHC accreditation efforts and quality improvement activities
• Provides staff education and ensures competency modules are completed
• Engages in external marketing and education with Business Development Team
