Oso Home Care, Inc in Irvine seeks a registered nurse to join our Ambulatory Infusion Center team. This full-time role requires IV skills, patient care across age groups, and a 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include starting IVs, administering IV medications, educating patients and families, monitoring for adverse effects, and accurate charting in an EHR. Travel to Burbank for interview and initial training at Irvine HQ.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience under current license.
• Familiarity with PICC lines, midlines, and implanted ports.
• Ability to chart electronically and submit CMS-compliant documentation.
• Strong communication with patients, families, pharmacists, and physicians.

Mansioni

RN- Full Time Ambulatory Infusion Center

Job Description

Welcome to Oso Home Care, Inc.

We are a specialty infusion company seeking an experienced RN with excellent IV skills to work in our Burbank AIC.

This is a full time Monday-Friday position: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform specialty infusions in an infusion center environment
• Start IVs on patients & administer IV medications
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, side effects etc
• Administer IV medications to patients of all ages (pediatric to elderly)
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to MD/office case managers and pharmacy
• Ability to chart accurately and timely in an EHR

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing (minimum of 1 year under current license)
• Familiarity with PICC lines, midlines & implanted ports
• Ability to electronically chart
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely fashion per CMS guidelines
• Communicate with patient, patient family, pharmacists, collaborating physicians & specialists regarding patient care
• Timely communications of critical patient information including significant change in patient condition with office staff (office case managers and schedulers for your desired geographic area)
• Be a self-starter and independent RN with autonomy
• Ability to commute to our main Irvine office for initial training
• Ability to commute to our main Irvine office for interview, HR onboarding & annual “nursing skills days”

Hourly rate from 55$-65$ per hour commensurate with experience.
