Qualifications

• Clerical or customer service experience preferred; healthcare exposure a plus.
• Accurate data entry skills with email/office software and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the right team member.
• Enter/update patient demographics, insurance details, and records.
• Scan, file, and organize prescriptions and delivery documents; route missing info.
• Assist with information entry under pharmacist supervision for accuracy.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and verify proof of delivery.
