Job summary

LUX Infusion is recruiting an experienced Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse (RN) to join our clinician-led team. In this full-time role, you will insert and monitor IVs, administer infusion therapies, and coordinate patient care to ensure safe, high-quality experiences.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state, a nursing degree, IV certification, and at least 2 years of RN experience in home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar settings. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• IV certification and central line management experience.
• 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred)
• CPR certification and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) care
• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed
• Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care
• Perform venous phlebotomy as needed
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams
• Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards
