Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking an experienced Infusion Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care in our infusion suite and support other settings as needed. This part-time role (16-24 hours) offers scheduling flexibility based on business needs and requires active RN licensure in the state, IV/certification, and strong clinical documentation skills.

You will administer therapies, monitor responses, educate patients and families, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• IV certification and central line management experience.
• 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED or similar preferred).
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to support patients.

Responsibilities

• Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line care.
• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed.
• Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care.
• Perform venous phlebotomy as needed.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
