OhioHealth Imaging Admin is seeking a senior leader to guide Radiology, Cardiovascular, and Respiratory Care operations. This role oversees strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
Collaborate with Medical Directors to align physicians, drive improvement, and maintain accreditation standards. Day shift, 40 hours weekly, with broad responsibility across departments.

This position leads the strategic vision, smooth operations and the overall success of the balanced scorecard, including the planning, organizing, staffing and establishing control systems for Radiology, Cardiovascular Services. He/She develops and administers operating and capital budgets and performs other project work, as assigned. This position will work closely with hospital Medical Directors to ensure physician alignment and satisfaction within OhioHealth.

Master's Degree (Required)

Field of Study: Health or Business Administration
Years of experience: 5 yrs. management experience preferred
Knowledge of Imaging modalities, Cardiovascular Services and Respiratory Care preferred.
