Xanitos is hiring Part-time Ambulatory Housekeepers at Central Pharmacy Sterling, VA. Immediate offers will be extended for qualified candidates. Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Saturday and Sunday only). Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00.

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the listed duties; works on-site in Sterling, VA with a part-time schedule and standard janitorial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.

Job Overview:

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
