Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing duties.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and other work areas.
• Cleans and polishes fixtures, surfaces, furniture and equipment.
• Transports trash to disposal area and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.

Job Overview:

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.
