Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless an exemption is granted.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test are required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities clean and orderly.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, surfaces, and hardware.

Job Overview:

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.

Job Qualifications:
