Kodiak Area Native Association (KANA) is seeking an Ambulatory Float Registered Nurse to provide flexible coverage across ambulatory care settings in Kodiak, Alaska. You will rotate through triage, clinic floors, case management, infection control, and employee health to support patients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate enjoys learning, problem-solving, and working collaboratively in a rural tribal healthcare environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.
KANA is looking for a flexible, experienced Ambulatory Float Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.
This position provides nursing coverage throughout the organization based on patient and staffing needs. The Float RN may rotate between telephone triage, ambulatory floor nursing, case management, infection control and employee health, immunizations, specialty clinics, and other nursing functions.

The Float RN role is different from a traditional nursing position. Rather than being assigned to just one function, you'll have the opportunity to work throughout the Nursing Department and develop experience across multiple areas of ambulatory care.
