Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift EVS Ambulatory Manager at Kaiser Permanente Caton Hill Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA. Responsibilities include supervising EVS staff, scheduling, training, and ensuring sanitary, orderly conditions across ambulatory services.

The role requires ambulatory and floor care experience, payroll and training expertise, and bilingual Spanish. Vaccination per policy is required, with a competitive benefits package and salary range of $70,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Flexibility to work some differing shifts.
• Vaccination status per policy and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection and schedule days off to meet hours.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment usage.
• Ensure EVS staff orientation, initial training, and ongoing education.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to perform at their best.
• Discipline associates per progressive guidelines and conduct follow-up.
• Prepare disciplinary reports and investigate as needed, reporting to Area Manager.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environments.
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture and management philosophy.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Special project work as requested.
