• Participate in staff selection; interview candidates and schedule time off to meet account needs.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment usage.
• Ensure proper orientation, training, and ongoing education for EVS staff.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to maximize performance.
• Discipline associates per progressive guidelines.
• Prepare disciplinary reports and follow up investigations; report findings to Area Manager.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environments.
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Travel to client locations as needed; special project work as requested.
