Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and maintain business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service attitude.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage time under pressure.
• Public speaking skills and a sense of urgency; self-directed work style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems and processes to meet operational objectives.
• Support Regional Director and Area Manager with client rounds.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate priorities to clients.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly team calls with staff and clients.
• Handle payroll reporting and maintain employee records.
• Schedule staff within budgeted hours and ensure proper onboarding.
• Provide ongoing training, orientation, and development.
• Discipline staff per progressive guidelines and motivate teams.
• Schedule meetings and travel; uphold performance plans and goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; travel to client locations as needed.
