Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Bench EVS Manager in San Leandro, CA to lead a hospital Environmental Services team.

The role focuses on scheduling, standards, inventory control, orientation, training, customer relations, and special projects under the guidance of the Department Director. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and promote Xanitos’ culture and management philosophy while driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer/contact.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection process; schedule days off, holidays and vacations.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment usage.
