Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Five (5) years of clinical or business system analyst or operational experience with EMR technology. EPIC application experience preferred.
• Must have an EPIC certification in one or more relevant products or solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drives design and implementation of new business processes and optimized system configuration.
• Leads and facilitates design sessions to achieve improvements.
• Understands business strategy and defines requirements to design improved processes utilizing EPIC EMR or other systems.
• Influences leadership and manages change adoption within the business.
• Creates and communicates status reports per departmental standards.
• Updates documentation consistently and aligns with policies.
• Attends team, project, and department meetings to share information.
• Provides consultative services on workflow processes and technology solutions.
• Solves complex production and maintenance problems and documents procedures.
• Develops training materials and conducts customer education sessions.
• Develops testing plans to verify critical outputs and system integrity.
• Prepares SOWs and manages vendor communications.
