Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Occupational Safety Programs (IIPP, ergonomics, waste, fire safety, industrial hygiene, respiratory protection).
• Bachelor's Degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, Public Health, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of EHS principles in a complex healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements for healthcare and ambulatory settings.
• Ability to analyze safety data and develop evidence-based prevention strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory EHS programs and coordinate safety operations across clinics.
• Partner with clinical, operational, facilities, employee health, risk management to implement safety initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership and ownership of safety programs for ambulatory operations.
• Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, Joint Commission, CDPH and related standards.
