Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential required.
• BLS certification required.
• Willingness to travel to other offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support under physician/APP supervision.
• Prepare patients for exams: rooming, vitals, and documentation in EMR.
• Perform CMA scope tasks: phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and specimen processing.
• Review charts and conduct pre-visit planning; update meds/results.
• Report lab findings and carry out orders per protocol and supervision.
• Document monthly outreach for enrolled patients for chronic care management.
• Triage calls for urgent needs under RN/physician direction.
• Maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies; uphold safety and HIPAA.
