Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in health admin or related field.
• Minimum of five years of formal management experience in an ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned ambulatory services, ensuring safe, high-quality and family-centered care.
• Monitor and improve patient experience, quality, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, patient safety, and service delivery.
• Lead implementation of new programs, initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, revenue trends, and cost management.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, service chiefs, clinic leaders, and organizational stakeholders.
