Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• Minimum of five (5) years of RN experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to lead, coach, and teach staff effectively.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for ambulatory staff during assigned shifts.
• Establish caring, therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and clinic leadership.
• Lead daily safety and capacity huddles.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to meet targets.
• Support clinic goals and nursing governance activities.
• Supervise staff including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluations.
• Create staffing schedules with lead staff for coverage.
• Provide staff education and guidance for growth and competency.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based protocols.
• Monitor patient safety and timely interventions.
• Support management with productivity and budget goals.
