Alabama RN license and CPR; ACLS and MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Fulfills educator role in ambulatory clinical service areas and assess learning needs.
Acts as change agent with inter-professional groups to improve care.
Facilitates evidence-based practice and staff education.
Models leadership and mentors staff.
Conducts staff orientation and supports professional development.
Performs other duties as assigned.
