Job summary
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Upon hire: Registered Nurse License in state where care will be provided
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in ambulatory setting.
- Coordinate care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate needs via direct and telehealth encounters.
- Collaborate with other members of the health care team while maintaining compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
