Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• RN license in state where care will be provided.
• BLS certification on hire (American Heart Association).
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting across lifespan.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and teaching needs.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and through telehealth or direct encounters.
