Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse License upon hire; license valid in state of care.
• RN License in state where care will be provided.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in ambulatory settings.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and teaching needs.
• Coordinate care via direct, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters; collaborate with the care team.
