Qualifications

• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License
• Registered Nurse License in state where care will be provided
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting and collaborate with the care team.
• Coordinate care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Deliver teaching and care coordination via direct and telehealth encounters.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
