Providence Journey Clinic in West Linn, Oregon seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide ambulatory care, assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. This role involves direct and telehealth encounters and collaboration with the health care team.

You will maintain compliance with nursing standards, support clinicians, and deliver patient-focused, whole-person care aligned with Providence values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License
• Registered Nurse License in state where care will be provided
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide ambulatory nursing care and teaching across the lifespan.
• Coordinate care using the nursing process across direct and telehealth encounters.
• Collaborate with other health care team members to deliver quality care.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
