Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Evaluate patient responses and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interprofessional team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Educate patients and families; assess learning needs and readiness.
• Ensure accurate documentation of status, interventions, and outcomes.
• Utilize information technology to communicate, manage knowledge, and support decisions.
