Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts and document status, interventions, and outcomes.
• Promote and protect health, safety, and patient rights.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness.
