Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of practice operations, scheduling systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of HR management policies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, clinical support, and front-office teams.
• Manage timecards and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee provider schedules and patient access improvements.
• Monitor operational, financial, quality, and patient experience metrics.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, and Population Health.
