Providence Swedish Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN to coordinate the clinical support team and oversee workflows in an ambulatory clinic. The role integrates with the clinic leadership to uphold nursing standards and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will work with physicians to align nursing practices, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with policies while focusing on safe, respectful, and efficient care delivery.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably ambulatory.
• Experience delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably ambulatory.

• Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians on nursing-related practice and policies.
