Qualifications

• Minimum of four years clinical and/or business operations experience.
• Experience leading a group, hiring/firing, coaching or mentoring, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; degree completion within 12 months is eligible.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead teams.
• Ability to adapt to changes in direction and priorities; customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan and coordinate ambulatory patient care department operations.
• Achieve department and organizational goals within approved budgets.
• Hire, fire, counsel and evaluate department staff; promote positive relations.
• Communicate effectively to promote teamwork; address urgent issues after hours may be required.
