Qualifications

  • American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of a Family Medicine training program
  • Valid Nebraska medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Nebraska
  • Nebraska DEA registration or eligibility to obtain

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population
  • Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health
  • Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care
  • Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our InternalMedicine Physician, you will join CHI Health Clinic in Omaha, Nebraska, and become part of a growing, multispecialty team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With your background in Internal Medicine, you will have the opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice while serving as a trusted healthcare partner for individuals and families throughout Nebraska.

Every day you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, develop long-term relationships with patients, collaborate with specialists and hospital-based providers, and contribute to a culture focused on quality, access, and continuity of care.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community.
