Qualifications

• Five (5) years or more of RN experience.
• Two (2) or more years of recent hematology/oncology RN experience.
• BSN preferred; Oncology certifications (OCN/BMTCN) valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care for cells and gene therapy patients.
• Coordinate hospital admissions from IPOP.
• Educate patients and families; assess needs and plan care; ensure therapy administration.
• Support daily patient care activities and continuity across the care continuum.
• Coordinate research-related activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
