• Perform administrative duties to keep information current.
• Pend medical orders and medication refills; document telephone encounters.
• Provide transport assistance and maintain clean exam rooms.
• Communicate with health care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
