Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; willingness to complete on-site training.
• Ability to perform basic clinical tasks and patient prep with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and document encounters in EMR.
• Perform non-invasive tasks and assist clinical staff as needed.
• Process medication and prescription refills; coordinate with providers.
• Document telephone encounters and ensure data accuracy in EMR.
• Support care coordination and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain clean exam rooms, stock supplies, and transport patients when needed.
