Nebraska Medicine is seeking an Ambulatory Supervisor for the Heart & Vascular Clinic to lead day-to-day patient care operations on the designated shift. You will work with colleagues to ensure efficient, safe, and compassionate care delivery while aligning with clinical and operational goals.

In this role you will mentor staff, manage priorities, handle escalated issues, and participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Two years of relevant operational leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, plan, organize and make decisions in complex situations.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day patient care operations as an ambulatory supervisor for the Heart & Vascular Clinic.
• Mentor staff, train on technical skills, and model best practices for the team.
