Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) in Downtown Bethesda is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage Nurse to join the Internal Medicine team. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week daytime role provides care coordination and patient triage at the Downtown Bethesda location.

The RN will respond to calls and MyChart messages, provide patient education, and collaborate with the care team to promote positive outcomes. RN license and CPR are required; two years of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• RN license (Required).
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required).
• Bachelor's/Associate/Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Two years nursing experience (Preferred).
• Internal Medicine or Med/Surg/Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and coordinates patient care using the nursing process.
• Responds to incoming calls and MyChart messages requiring triage of urgent symptoms.
• Educates patients on acute and chronic conditions.
• Supports regulatory and operational issues and guides the interdisciplinary team.
