Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing (BSN or ADN).
• Current RN license in the State of Illinois.
• BLS provider certification (American Heart Association) required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assessments, including vital signs and histories, and develop care plans.
• Perform initial nurse triage to prioritize care and determine next steps.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other providers for treatments and follow-ups.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage scheduling and administrative tasks.
