Job summary

The Veterans Affairs Oklahoma City Health Care System is seeking a Registered Nurse for Ambulatory Care/Outpatient staff to deliver and supervise nursing care across the continuum, prioritizing patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction.

Basic requirements include English proficiency, graduation from an approved nursing program, and current, unrestricted RN licensure in the United States. A GNT exception allows temporary appointments while pursuing licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency is required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program (ACEN/CCNE) or bridge options; foreign-trained nurses may have licensure pathway.
• Current, active RN license in a U.S. state or District of Columbia; GNT exception possible for temporary appointment.

Responsibilities
