EGA Associates, LLC invites qualified Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Ambulatory Care team. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safe environments, and adherence to VA/Joint Commission standards.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage IVs, administer medications, and coordinate care across inpatient/outpatient settings. The Ambulatory Care RN specialty focuses on preventive health, chronic disease management, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in any state.
18 months experience in specialty care area (within the past 5 years).
Demonstrated clinical competency in acute and long-term care settings.
Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

Maintain confidentiality of patient/resident information and ensure a safe care environment.
Adhere to protocols for medication administration, discharge processes, and patient education.
Perform head-to-toe assessments, IV management, and wound care as part of clinical duties.
Coordinate admissions/discharges and document data in the EMR.
Provide one-to-one and virtual patient observation and supervise staff as needed.
Respond to emergencies and ensure compliance with Joint Commission/VA regulations.
