Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in New York State required; BSN preferred.
• Enrolled in an accredited BSN program within two years; finish within five years.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physiologic health status and document findings.
• Assess psychosocial health and identify care needs and support services.
• Develop and measure patient outcomes and establish realistic goals.
• Formulate and coordinate the plan of care with the health team.
• Implement and evaluate treatments, ensuring safety and documentation.
• Provide wound care and manage skin integrity as needed.
• Administer medications accurately and educate patients on drug interactions.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up resources.
