Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by accrediting bodies (ACEN/CCNE) or equivalent bridging options.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the United States (state license).
• English language proficiency for direct patient care as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Veteran care within Ambulatory Care and the PACT team.
• Coordinate care across the Primary Care Department to support Veterans' health services.
