Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Registered Nurse IV, Ambulatory Care to deliver safe, patient-centered care across the life span, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The role provides leadership to staff, mentors colleagues, conducts Point of Care testing, and supports continuous quality improvement in accordance with standards and regulations.

A NYS RN license, BLS within 6 months, and advancing BSN/MSN are encouraged; sign-on bonuses apply

Qualifications

• Current NYS license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Other certifications may be required based on department needs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate care.
• Lead department staff and mentor team members.
• Perform and document Point of Care (POC) testing.
• Ensure informed consent and adherence to standards.
